Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special NDPS Case No.126 of 2022, pending in the file of learned Special Judge, Bhadrak, arising out of P.R. Case No.85 of 2022 S.I. of Excise, dist Mobile Squad, Bhadrak, alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge, Bhadrak by order dated 23.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter at a later stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn. 7.
