1. Learned counsel for the Appellant points out that the Appellant has already superannuated and a contempt petition has already been filed for non-implementation of the direction of the learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment. The Appellant seeking at this stage compliance of the direction of the learned Single Judge.

2. Since admittedly a contempt petition is pending, it will be open for the Appellant to urge the said submission before the Bench hearing the contempt petition. The writ appeal is disposed of.
