Heard Mr. M. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Since on instruction, Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner under Annexure-1series, Basudevpur P.S. Case No. 366 dated. 24.08.2022 has already been registered for commission of offence under Section-295-A, I.P.C and the investigation is going on. In such background, Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
