Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The development through Annexure-2 to 5, learned counsel for the Petitioner claims that inspite of approval of the dues involved herein, the same is not released. Considering the Petitioner to make out the fees in the matter of release of balance amount, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs to Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner through the Writ Petition and take a decision as appropriate on the request therein by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner by passing the final order and take a lawful decision, the authority shall do well in visiting the development vide Annexure-2 to 5. 3.

Copy of the writ petition be served along with certified copy of this order on Opposite Party No.2 within a period of one week. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
