This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner after availing the interim bail period as per the order dated 12.08.2022 passed in I.A. No.1187 of 2022, has not surrendered on the date fixed.

In view of the conduct of the petitioner in flouting the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, the prayer for bail stands rejected.

Learned trial Court shall take steps for arrest of the petitioner, who has flouted the terms and conditions of the interim bail order granted by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
