This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit the writ application and after hearing both sides the Hon'ble court may issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs directing the opp.party No.2 to grant permission to sale the house No.AE-157 at VSS Nagar, Ph-II, Bhubaneswar which is stands in the name of the Petitioner.
And any other order/orders as deem fit and proper be passed."

Considering the innocuous prayer made in this writ petition and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Housing Commissionercum-Secretary, Odisha State Housing Board-Opposite Party No.2, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the
// 2 // Petitioner, directs the Opposite Party No.2 to take a call on the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 3.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
