Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 366 of 2021 arising out of Buguda P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Buguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-394/397 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar by Order dtd. 27.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 191 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the Order passed in respect of the co-accused in BLAPL No. 8899 of 2021 and 9269 of 2021 as reflected in the order of rejection by the learned Court below and the Order dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL 6269 of another co-accused, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Local Police Station once every month till conclusion of trial.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
