1. Heard Mr. P.K. Mahali, learned counsel for the review Petitioner.

2. Notwithstanding the defects pointed out by the Office, the review petition is heard on merit with consent of Mr. P.K. Mahali, learned counsel for the review Petitioner.

3. Upon hearing Mr. Mahali and considering the grounds taken in the review petition seeking review of the impugned order of this Court, I do not see any merit in the review petition to be entertained. It is needless to mention here that all such grounds taken in the review petition has been extensively dealt with in the judgment of this Court dated 20th June, 2022.
