This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In the course of hearing of the CRLMC, Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for the Petitioner while praying to dispose of the CRLMC submits that the criminal case may be disposed of in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the State is present and raises no objection to such prayer made for the Petitioner.

There is no dispute that the original criminal case relates to an occurrence dated 31.08.2015 and the Petitioner herein has sought for to quash cognizance order.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer and taking into consideration the order impugned in this case, this Court without adverting to the materials on merits in this case disposes of the CRLMC application requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the criminal case in a time bound manner by expediting the trial and learned Trial Court may dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of communication/receipt/production of the copy of this order, if there appears no other legal impediment.

Accordingly, this CRLMC is disposed of.
