This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Mangalpur P.S. Case No.330 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1274 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/323/294/307/506/34 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur, by order dated 05.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the overt act is not attributed to the petitioner and in fact it is the petitioner's father who has given a Farsa blow.

Such assertion is not refuted by the learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
