This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Belpada P.S. Case No.178 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.662 of 2020, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 498-A/294/323/307/313/506/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 07.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the filing of the charge-sheet and the injuries being simple, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
