Mr. T.K. Manda, the petitioner contended that in compliance to the order of this Court dated 02.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 23747 of 2021, the Tahasildar has complied his part of responsibility and on that basis, the petitioner has preferred an appeal, which is pending. 3.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands disposed of permitting him to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority. 4.
