The Petitioner has the allegation through this Writ Petition against non-registration of the Demarcation Case being submitted, vide Annexure-4 and consequently there is no showing of development.

Considering the allegation to be serious one but however without entertaining such allegation at this stage, disposing of the Writ Petition this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner has made such application as appearing at Annexure-4, the same shall be registered by the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar and action, as required involving the application, be completed within a period of
// 2 // two months from the date of registration also involving the persons likely to be affected.
