This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
At the outset, it is submitted that the Writ Petition be confined in respect of Petitioner No.1 only. In view of that this Writ Petition is confined to Petitioner No.1 and other Petitioners may file separate applications, if they so like. 3.
In view of such submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to file fresh petition in respect of other petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the prayer made, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation and also taking into account the
// 2 // resolution issued by the Government under Annexure-2 within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 7.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
