Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To Float Health Insurance Scheme for the pensioners covered under the GRIDCO Pension Fund, grant them T.A. and D.A. for tour to Holiday Resorts and Ex- Gracie during festivals and include the representatives of the pensioners in the GRIDCO Pension Trust Board.

(ii) Direct the Opp.Parties to deposit the employer's share under the Pension Scheme in the GRIDCO Pension Trust Board.

(iii) Direct the Opp.Parties to stop lateral entry to the Pension Scheme after the cutoff date.

(iv) Direct the Opp.Parties to audit the accounts of the GRIDCO Pension Trust Fund by Registered Chartered Accountant".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal on 19.04.2021 at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
