Mr. P.K. Mohanty, Additional Standing Counsel has produced a letter bearing No.1697, dated 29th August, 2022 issued by the Office of the Tahasildar, Golamunda, Kalahandi to the Branch Manager, SBI, Dharamgarah regarding E-transfer of funds towards excess royalty in favour of the Petitioner. 2.

Based on the aforesaid letter and the refund of Rs.63,503/-, learned counsel submits that the order dated 14th March, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 37879 of 2021 has been complied with and the present contempt petition has become infructuous.
