2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Jonk P.S. Case No.135 of 2014 corresponding to C.T. No.401 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nuapada.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2015.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks for an adjournment, but this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further and accordingly this CRLMC stands dismissed.

5. However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to file appropriate petition after filing of the charge sheet.
