1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been serving as Junior Assistant at the office of the Block Education Officer, Borigumma from 22nd June, 2002 to 2018 and had been deputed to Block Education Office, Kotpad in the year 2018. He had served there till January, 2020. Now, the petitioner has been reverted back again to Block Education Office, Borigumma. However, he has been transferred to Block Education Office, Kotpad on 04.07.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his recent transfer has created a lot of personal difficulties for his health and education of his children. Hence, the said transfer may be stopped by the authorities by deciding the representation dated 06.07.2022 filed by the petitioner. However, there is no proof of submission of representation before the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Koraput.

In such view of the matter, opposite party No.3District Education Officer, Koraput is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if it is submitted, or else the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation which will be considered and disposed of by passing a reasoned order by the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Koraput within a period of one month from the date of presentation of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order and a copy of the Writ Petition. The opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Koraput shall also communicate the outcome of the representation to the petitioner .
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
