01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under such circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to admit the case and issue notice to the Opp. Parties to file their show cause as to why the case of the petitioner shall not be allowed. And direction be given to the Opp. Parties to give promotion to the petitioner to the vacant post of Head Clerk/Section Officer without any further delay and the petitioner be given allthe financial and consequential benefit. And /or direction be given to the Opp. Parties No. 3 & 5 to dispose the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-7 dt.12.01.2022 within a stipulated period. And/or pass any other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 12.01.2022 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
