This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore respectfully prayed that your honour, graciously please that to allow the writ application and kindly be directed the opposite parties to provide permission to the petitioner in order to sell the said plot, Hon'ble Court kindly directed the Opp. Party 4 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner and pass any other order/ orders, writ/ writs, direction/ directions, as the Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper in the eye of law."

Considering the innocuous prayer made in this writ petition and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority-Opposite Party No.4, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation at the instance of

// 2 // the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 more particularly at page 29 of the brief and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
