1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 13.07.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 16935 of 2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the body of Writ Petition in advertently it has been mention that one post of Head Clear/ Section Officer is laying vacant in the office "BEO, Tumudibandha" instead of "BEO, Tikabali". Accordingly, in the aforesaid order the words "Block Education Officer, Tumudibandha" have

// 2 // been mentioned instead of the words "Block Education Officer, Tikabali".

5. In such view of the matter, the words mentioned in the said order as "BEO, Tumudibandha" be read as "BEO, Tikabali".

6. This order shall be read as a part of this original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.
