Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 527 of 2022 arising out of Chhendipada P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Chhendipada registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 452/354(B)/323/427/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the I/C Addl. Sessions Judge, Angul, by order dated 6.07.2022 in Bail Application No. 426 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the compromise petition and it is stated that in-spite of the same, the learned court below have rejected the bail application. The compromise petition filed before the District and Sessions Judge, Angul is taken record.

Taking in account the compromise petition and the nature of allegation, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
