Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.
The petitioner is aggrieved by her disengagement as Anganwadi Worker of Kantha Anganwadi Centre under ICDS Project Boudh, under the administrative control of C.D.P.O., Boudh (Opposite Party No.5).

Since, the statutory remedy of appeal is available, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application granting leave to the petitioner to avail such remedy.

It shall be open for the petitioner to file appeal before the Appellate Authority in terms of the Guidelines inter alia raising all issues including the violation of principles of nature justice.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
