Heard Mr. S.C. Puspalaka, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. H. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Though the petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar on 23.06.2022 under Annexure-5, however, during course of hearing, Mr. Puspalaka submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file applications for grant of Certificate of Vending as envisaged under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 and the Odisha Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2015. 3.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file individual applications for grant of Certificate of Vending as envisaged under the above provisions of law.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
