This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 12.08.2021 and 22.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.23456 of 2021 and CONTC No.1636 of 2022 respectively.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party-Contemnor that the order dated 12.08.2021 and 22.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.23456 of 2021 and CONTC No.1636 of 2022 respectively have already been complied with and the compliance affidavit has already filed and also copy of the compliance affidavit has been served on the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
