Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that on coming to Order No.
expiry of the agreement between the Petitioner with the competent authority involving the Day & Night Medicine shop situated inside the campus of the District Headquarters Hospital, Bhadrak, even though necessary compliance has been made involving renewal of the license of the Establishment concerned as disclosed through Annexure-6, the C.D.M.O., Bhadrak is not finalizing the issue and there is likelihood of inconvenience to the Petitioner.

Keeping in view the urgency involved in this matter and finding that there is no action on Annexure-6 for over three months, this Court without further wastage of time in disposal of the writ petition directs the C.D.M.O, Bhadrak to consider the grievance of the Petitioner in the matter of renewal of the license of his Establishment, if pending, and take a lawful decision in the matter within a period of
// 2 // seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
