1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order of transfer dated 21.07.2018 on the ground that the Petitioner though at the verge of retirement, has been transferred, and will be difficult on his part to prepare his pension papers. Accordingly, Interim Order was passed on 21.08.2018 staying the Order of transfer dated 21.07.2018 passed by the Corporation- Opposite Party No. 2.

4. Admittedly in Paragraph-1 of the Writ Petition, it has been specifically averred that the Petitioner is going to retire on 07.02. 2009.
5. Mr. B. K. Sharma, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2-Corporation submitted that, pursuant to said Interim Order passed by this Court, the Order of transfer was modified and thereafter the Petitioner was superannuated from service on 07.02.2019 and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
