This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T.Case No. 2794 of 2020 arising out of Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No. 427 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, by order dated 25.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 25.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner places on record the injury report of the sole injured indicating that the injures are simple in nature.

Considering such injury report and the factum of submission of Charge-sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
