Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below and modification of the Court's order dated 7th September, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 1870 of 2022. 2.

By the above order dated 13th January, 2023, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in Special Case No. 94 of 2014 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 7th September, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the court of learned Adhoc-cum-ADJ (FTSC), Balasore on or

before 9th March, 2023 in connection with Special Case No. 94 of 2014 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of the CRLMC No. 41 of 2023.

The rest part of the order remains unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
