In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that no criminal case has yet been registered against the Petitioner in connection with the matrimonial dispute between the Petitioner and her wife; learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file the same in case cause of action so arises in future. 3.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 04.09.2020 stands vacated. 4.
