The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pallahara P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 22 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Talcher, for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. 3.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Talcher, by order dated 6.01.2022 in C.T.(S) Case No. 22 of 2020, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
