This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account that the victim has already been examined and she has implicated the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage. 4.
Keeping in view the stipulation as contained in the POCSO, Act relating to expeditious trial, this Court directs the learned Court in seisin over the matter to conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of this order.

In the event of non-conclusion of trial within the time stipulated, it shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer. ( V.Narasingh ) Balaram Judge
