This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laxmisagar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 667 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 364/364A/368/506/120-B of IPC. 4.

It is seen that Sri Dhaneswar Patra@Muna who stands on the same footing as the petitioner has already released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 6259 of 2022. 5.

From the materials on record, I find no reason to treat the petitioner differently than the said co-accused. The bail application is therefore, allowed. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the

matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 6.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
