Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.
Mr. B.C. Parija and associates have entered appearance for informant. Vakalatnama is taken on record. Names of the learned counsel be reflected on the file as well as in the cause list. 4.
The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.194 of 2022 pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Airport P.S. Case No.168 of 2022, offence under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/376(3) of IPC read with Section 6 of PCOSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,
Bhubaneswar by order dated 06.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 7.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that in view of the role played by the present petitioner, he ought not to be released on bail at this stage.

Considering the tenor of the 164 Cr.P.C statement and taking into account the filing of charge sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
