Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release his pending bills amounting a sum of Rs.17,36,364/-, which is pending before the opposite party no.3. 4.

As it appears, that opposite party no.3 is a contractor under which the petitioner is rendering service as sub-contractor. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, if any due is admissible to the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. Ashok/Puspa ...........................
