Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This application involves a challenge to initiation of Disciplinary Proceeding. However, entertaining the application, the Tribunal, as it was in seision over the matter in 2007, while directing the Disciplinary Authority to go ahead with the Disciplinary Proceeding however, restricted the Disciplinary Authority from not passing any final order without leave of the Tribunal. This order was passed on 9.1.2008. About 14 years have passed in the meantime. It is at this stage, the Disciplinary Proceeding as over long since and the same may be pending only for passing final order. Keeping in view the development, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application any further which is disposed of accordingly.
