This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i). Directing the O.P. No.1 and 2 to take a decision within short stipulated time regarding regularization of service of the Petitioner in Group-D post under C.D.V.O., Sambalpur (O.P. No.4)".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation before Opp. Party No.1 within a period of 15(fifteen) days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 1 in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Anenxure-6. The
// 2 // entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 3(Three) months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
