1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Dr. J.K. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. Though this Court after considering the grounds taken in the writ Petition issued notice to the Opp. Parties vide order dtd.20.07.2022, but Dr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that in view of the pendency of Annexure-9 before O.P. No. 3, the writ Petition be disposed of with a direction on the said Opp. Party to take decision on the same. Mr. Mishra, learned AGA has no objection to such submission made by Dr. Lenka.

4. Taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Parties, this Court while disposing the writ Petition directs the O.P. No. 3 to take a lawful decision on Annexure-9 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. It is further observed that while taking such decision O.P. No. 3 shall take into consideration the relevance and effect of Annexure7. The order so passed be communicated to the Petitioners within the aforesaid time period.

6. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
