CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
29.06.2022 Order No.
02.
1.
This is an ill-advised writ petition.
2.
Undisputedly there is an appeal provision. In the event the Petitioner was not made as a party to the mutation case involved, nothing prevented the Petitioner to prefer statutory appeal taking all the grounds raised herein.
3.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not entertainable at this stage. It is, however, made clear that if the Petitioner is so advised, may prefer appeal.
(Biswanath Rath) Judge A.K. Jena
