Even though the prayer is made for disposal of the Settlement Revision Petition No.479 of 2021 from the pleading, this Court finds the Revision is yet to be admitted. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes on filing a memo in seven days seeking admission of the matter, the competent authority shall do well in taking of the matter for admission at least within a period of one week further.
