This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.194 of 2021 pending in the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Banpur P.S. Case No.126 of 2021, offence under Sections 363/366/376(3) of IPC and under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and under Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act and is in custody since 14.04.2021. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar by order dated 12.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Considering the tenor thereof and filing of charge sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
