This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in C.T. Case No.58 of 2022 (POCSO) arising out of Th.Rampur P.S. Case No.111 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 294/354/354-A/354-C/354D of IPC read with Section 12 of POCSO Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 04.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering that the accused is the headmaster of the School and the victims are the students, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the bail application of the petitioner. Learned Court in seisin over the matter to expedite the trial. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
