This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.59 of 2022 (POCSO), pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna, arising out of Th.Rampur P.S. Case No.112 of 2022, offence under Sections 294/354/354-A/354-C/354-D of IPC read with Section 12 of POCSO Act and is in custody since 21.05.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna by order dated 04.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to conclude the trial within the period of three months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 7.
In the event the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated, it shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin.

Registry is requested to communicate this order. 9.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
10.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
