The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the Opp. Party No.2 for restoration of the seniority of the petitioner as a Warder from the date of entry into service i.e. on 17.12.1997 under Circle Jail, Baripada in the district of Mayurbhanj along with promotion to the post of Chief Warder w.e.f May, 2022."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law under Annexure-4 within a period of

// 2 // three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
