Since the Offences under section-363/34 of the IPC are bailable in nature, this anticipatory bail is found to be not maintainable. The Petitioners if so advised may move the Competent Court under the appropriate provision of law for bail. If the said application is filed, it is needless to observe that the same shall be disposed of in the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 17.09.2019 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
