This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the orders dated 21.07.2007 and 29.08.2007 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in C.T. Case No.454 of 2007 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/304B/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against him. 3.

It appears that though this case was filed in the year 2008, neither this case is admitted nor stay has been granted. 4.

In such premises, even though learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter but liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if the cause of action still survives.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
