ORDER

1. It is seen that the W.P.(C) No.23182 of 2017 from which the present appeal arises at the interlocutory stage is still pending disposal.

2. In that view of the matter, while directing that the interim order passed by this Court dated 9th November, 2017 granting status quo as regards the possession of the petrol pump in question to be maintained, shall continue during the pendency of the writ petition, this Court further directs that the writ petition will now be listed before the roster Bench of learned Single Judge on 3rd January, 2023. Neither of the parties will seek adjournment on that date. The rejoinder to the counter affidavit be filed before that date. No further time will be granted for that purpose.

3. Learned Single Judge is requested to proceed with the writ petition on merits and endeavor to dispose it of as expeditiously as possible thereafter.
