Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to absorb the petitioner in service as has been done in the case of his juniors, by quashing Annexure-7 as illegal and constitutional. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.1 highlighting his grievance and direction may be given to the said opposite party to consider the same within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed to by the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition with the direction that in case the petitioner,
with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party no.1 within 15 days hence, the said opposite party shall consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
