This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. S.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P.Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the show cause notice issued under Annexure-3. 4.

This Court is not inclined to entertain such prayer. However if no action has been taken by Opposite Party No.3 in the meantime, the Petitioner be allowed to file his reply to the said show cause within a period of two weeks from today. If such a reply is filed within the aforesaid time period, the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to take a decision on the same by giving a personal hearing to the Petitioner within a further period of two weeks.

It is observed that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case.
