This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
Undisputedly the Petitioner has filed representation with eleven days delay. In such view of the matter, this Court finds, even though the contempt petition is not entertainable at this stage for the Petitioner failing to comply with the direction of this Court properly, however, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event any such representation at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the competent authority, decision thereon as appropriate shall be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

The contempt petition stands disposed of with the above direction.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
